Graduates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of (i) concepts and advances in public health and food safety, (ii) zoonotic and food-borne diseases, (iii) principles and methods in food borne disease surveillance and control, (iv) management of public health programmes, (v) policies and legislations related to public health and (vi) food quality control and assurance.
