On Saturday 19th October the Sokoine University of Agriculture Management had opportunity to visit Kibaoni village which is located in Mlele District, Katavi region.
The aim of the visit was to see various opportunities where the university can invest in developing agriculture sector through education.
The management team was led by the Vice Chancellor, Pro. Raphael Chibunda and Hon Ambassador, Maimuna Tarishi who is the member of the University Council.
The team had the opportunity to speak with Mlele District Government Officials and visited various areas where the University felt there was a great opportunity to work with Kibaoni Villagers.
