Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) has recently signed a Cooperation Agreement in Research and Teaching with Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU) of Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany for implementing academic exchange under Erasmus Programme funded by the European Union.

As a start, we have 2 positions for Research Internship for the Summer Semester in 2022 (1st March – 1st July 2022) at FAU for ongoing postgraduate students, preferably at PhD level (but MSc/MA can also be considered).

The focus will be on research areas on Urban Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods or Urban nature-based Solutions in sub-Saharan Africa.
